Middle Creek Winery and Graue Vineyards were opened to the public in October 2010, by Stephen and Kristin Graue. The quaint and charming winery was originally their horse barn, and has been converted to produce artisan, handcrafted wines from Kansas grapes, honey and fruits.
Middle Creek Winery is proud of our tradition of great Kansas winemaking. In our first-ever competition, Cayuga White won a bronze medal in the Mid-American Wine Competition and now has 11 awards. Come visit the beautiful countryside, in a history-rich area of eastern Kansas, south of Kansas City. It's perfect for an afternoon trip! A full range of delicious wines are offered, from dry whites to sweet reds - something for every palate. Talk to the owners, tour the working winery and vineyards, see the antique sorghum press and enjoy free tastings of luscious, re-freshing, award-winning Kansas wines!
Middle Creek Winery is open Saturdays and Sundays, from noon to 6 p.m. We are a member of the Somerset Wine trail, so just stay on the trail and visit NightHawk and Somerset Ridge wineries too, as well as the historic New Lancaster General Store, which also features Middle Creek wines!
