We are an artisanal bread bakery located in Newton, Kansas. We produce regular and specialty sourdough, baguettes, focaccia, croissants, ciabatta, and galettes. Our breads are hand crafted in small batches using a slow fermentation process to draw out the flavor and texture. The wheat we use is harvested right here in the land of Kansas. We pride ourselves on producing a quality preservative free product from Kansas farms to your table.
