1 cup mayo
6 Tbs. ketchup
2-3 tsp. prepared horseradish, or to taste
Drizzle of Worcestershire sauce
4 cups mashed potatoes (this recipe is a great way to use leftovers!)

Potato, Kielbasa, and Sauerkraut Skillet
2 Tbs. olive oil
1 shallot, minced
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 red bell pepper, seeds and membranes removed, diced
1 tsp. fennel seeds
1/2 tsp. caraway seeds
2 Tbs. spicy brown mustard
Pinch of red pepper flakes
¼ teaspoon black pepper
½ cup dry white wine or vermouth
