1 Tbs. olive oil

24 oz. jar Hoganville Family Farms Sauerkraut, drained well 

(2) 14 oz. can corned beef hash

Well-Loaded Hummus

2 cans chickpeas, 15 oz. each, drained and rinsed

½ cup tahini (or substitute 3 Tbs. pure sesame oil)

¼ cup fresh lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon zest

3-4 Tbs. warm water

2 Tbs. plain yogurt

2 cloves garlic, crushed

½ teaspoon ground cumin

½ tsp. kosher salt

 

Toppings

feta cheese, crumbled

Kalamata olives, or green olives (or both!)
