You will love this fresh and bright Chimichurri sauce paired with the savory, rich flavors of Kansas beef.

2-4 flat iron steaks, well brushed with peanut or vegetable oil and seasoned with kosher salt and pepper (I love to use Mushrush Family Meats beef - its aged 21 days!) 

Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Preheat a well-seasoned 12" cast iron skillet over medium high heat.

1 cup unsalted butter, unwrapped, wrappers reserved
2 - 10 oz. bags mini marshmallows
5 cups crispy rice cereal, such as Rice Krispies
3 cups Prairie Harvest Peppernuts, traditional flavor, partially crushed (may substitute Golden Grahams cereal, if needed)
1 tsp. vanilla extract
3/4 tsp. kosher

1/2 cup unsalted butter
10 oz bag mini marshmallows
1/2 of 12 oz bag Thrill's Award Winning Kettle Corn
Chocolate bunny, eggs, decor for cake, as desired

1 cup unsalted butter 
2 - 10 oz bags mini marshmallows
12 oz bag Thrill's Award Winning Kettle Corn 
1 lb. bag Tonja's Milk Chocolate Toffee, chopped 

Makes 2 sheet pans of munch.

Place butter into a large saucepan over medium heat; cook until butter is golden brown and has a nutty aroma.
